Print On Demand products are individually produced with care, with your selected design, once your order is placed. As a result, processing your order can take 2-3 days before your order is shipped.

Unfortunately, no, we are unable to edit orders once they have gone to print.

As our products are printed individually and on demand, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on incorrect orders, such as the wrong chosen size or colour or if you simply change your mind.

Please read each listing in full and check the dimensions carefully before ordering to avoid disappointment. Size charts should be included on all listings but if you do spot a item without, please reach out via customerservice@bobosoot.com and we will update the listing ASAP.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty due to a manufacturer error, please contact us within 30 days and include clear photos of the issue.

Please note, we will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if you, the customer, have ordered the wrong size or colour, or simply change your mind.

Please Note:

For Direct To Garment (DTG) poducts, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement will not be considered defects.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery you can either opt for a reprint for an extra charge or a partial refund.

If you refuse your delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping, all customs duties (on international orders), returns costs and printing costs incurred.

Processing your order can take 2-3 days depending on your chosen product and print provider.

We have print provders in several countries. For standard domestic shipping, we hope to have your order wth you within 14 days. For international delivery please allow 21-30 days.
